This just in from Inhebriation and Naturalization Services:

As a Nation that values inhebriation, and depends on inhebriation, we should have inhebriation laws that work and make us proud. Yet today we do not. Instead, we see many citizens turning to the illegal liquor market. Illegal Inhebriation is on the rise. The taking of drinks, shots and or dirty bar rags from those whose hard earned dollars were used to purchase them, is only going to worsen if something is not done.

Reform must begin by confronting a basic fact of life and economics: some of the drinks being bought in America are drinks our citizens are not drinking. Yet these drinks represent a tremendous opportunity for undocumented drinkers who want to work and fulfill their duties as drinking buddies while maintaining no accountability for the purchase of their own drinks. The simple fact is many just cannot afford the steeply increasing cost of liquor. We see millions of hard-working men and women condemned to fear and insecurity in a massive, undocumented, economically driven sobriety.

Our nation needs an Inhebriation system that serves the American economy, and reflects the American Dream of cheap and easy to obtain liqour. Suggestions such as the "Guest Drinker" program offer no long term solution to the problem. "Where do we begin?"you may ask yourself. The answer my friends is to be found in a system which is grants free and easy booze.
That system is outlined weekly and can be found at the following site:

BOC Citizenship should be easy and cheap to obtain.
May we never forget the beauty of free booze and the great things that Inhebriants bring to the fabric of our nation.

A Moment with the Mullet:

Two guys are sitting in a bar. One turns to the other and says:"I fucked your mom last night, rode her for hours."

Shaking his head the other man says:"I think you've had enough to drink, Dad."
